Thank you for following up and confirming our request. We are not used to this attention, our last album manufacturer's customer service has been disgraceful at best. I would also like to note that every time I have called your company, each person that has answered the phone has been able to answer all of my questions quickly and has full knowledge of the product without having to transfer me or place me on hold to get answers. So far every aspect of working with your company has been great and we are looking forward to using PictoBooks as our main album supplier.
